During construction, we used only the highest quality materials, so sound and thermal insulation of the walls is just one of the things you no longer need to worry about. Underfloor heating and wall cooling are regulated by the fan coil system. The walls and structure of the building were made using techniques that guarantee stability and durability, but also safety. With safety in mind, all apartment doors are reinforced with armatures and have sound insulation. For ceramic surfaces, we used exclusive series from the Italian brand Ascot, with the most luxurious effects of marble, stone, and wood.
